Bill Storie – Co-Founder & chief executive
Bill is a retired Chartered Accountant (Scotland) and business executive. He operated his own international management consulting company for many years advising global companies in the insurance, reinsurance, investment, banking and technology industries. Bill has over forty years’ experience in developing and advising companies in Bermuda and abroad. As the Founder of The Olderhood Group, Bill has overseen all phases of development of the Olderhood platform He has also produced and hosted three television series on business and retirement issues in Bermuda.
Robin Trimingham – Co-Founder & chief OPERATING officer
Robin is COO of the Olderhood Group and the Editor of Olderhood.com. She is responsible for product development, sales and marketing and website design.
Robin is a certified Retirement Lifestyle Coach and down-to-earth public speaker who has participated in conferences, podcasts, webinars, videocasts and live television programming. She also writes podcast and video cast material for the Olderhood Facebook Platforms.
Naomi Schroter – board member / Lifestyle and Wellness Coach
Naomi is a successful career activist who has adhered to her own advice to “Do what you love and the money will follow”. As an experienced consultant trainer, employment trainer, career guidance counselor, and certified Retirement Lifestyle and Wellness Coach, Naomi is devoted to helping people achieve their own career and life goals.
Graeme Outerbridge – board member
Graeme is a successful business man well-known and well-respected in the Bermuda business community. He was recently the Mayor of the City of Hamilton, capital of Bermuda. He brings a wealth of business contacts and development strategies to the Olderhood Group.
Joanne Waldman – Master Coach & Transition Management Specialist
Joanne possesses more than 30 years’ experience in transition management including career development, coaching and retirement. Based in Missouri, she has an extensive background as a webinar leader training coaches with the International Coach Academy, Coaching Cognition and Retirement Options, where she serves as the Director of Training. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education, and a Master Career Counselor through the National Career Development Association. Joanne is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and a nationally certified Gerontological Counselor as well as a Certified Retirement Coach.
DORIS DECOSTA – STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Doris is the Executive Director of EAP Bermuda. She has over 20 years’ experience in the employee assistance field and has been training employees on retirement planning for the last 10+ years. Her diverse background that includes counselling, organizational consultation, training, crisis intervention and disaster mental health. Doris earned her graduate training in Social Work from Columbia University. She also received training in management. She is a certified trainer in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and response. She has trained crisis teams in Bermuda, Tortola, BVI, Turks and Caicos, Belize and other islands in the Caribbean. She also has her certification as a Certified Trauma Service Specialist (CTSS) and has been a Certified Employee Assistance Professional since 1994.
SARAH BARHAM – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
Sarah is an entrepreneur and founder of ISI Publications with experience in financial publishing, marketing, event planning, distribution and fund raising. She has a proven track record in conceptualizing new events and titles, closing corporate sponsorship support and maximizing profitability. She has published more than 150 non-fiction titles and overseen a variety of projects in Canada, Bermuda, London and Hong Kong.
bob Ritzema – psychology consultant
Bob is trained as a clinical psychologist, having earned MA and PhD degrees from Kent State University. He worked most of his career as a psychologist in clinical practice, and also was a professor of psychology at Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. He retired from full-time teaching in 2012 to return to Michigan in order to help his parents. Bob now divides his time between Michigan and North Carolina, and maintains small psychology practices in each state. He writes and speaks on topics related to psychological well-being in the second half of life.
